  • How can I check my order status?   • Can I modify or cancel my order? After submitting an order, if it has not entered the shipping process (usually within 24 hours after placing the order), you can contact customer service to apply for modifying the shipping address, product specifications, or canceling the order; if the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled, and you can return the package in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving it.
  • How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Regular orders will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order. During holidays or promotion periods, it may be delayed by 1-2 business days. The specific shipping time will be marked on the order details page.

Logistics & Shipping

  • Which countries and regions do you support shipping to? We support shipping services to more than 100 countries and regions around the world. You can check the specific list when selecting the shipping address on the checkout page. Additional shipping fees may be required for some remote areas, or shipping may not be available.
  • How long does logistics and shipping take? The shipping time varies by region. Generally, it takes 3-7 business days for Asian regions, 7-15 business days for European and American regions, and 15-25 business days for other regions. Due to factors such as customs clearance and holidays, the time may be slightly delayed.
  • Will international logistics incur customs duties? Customs duties are levied by the customs of the destination country/region in accordance with local policies and are the personal responsibility of the consumer. We do not bear customs duties. We recommend that you understand the customs duty policies of your local customs in advance to avoid unnecessary costs.

  • Which payment methods do you support? We support a variety of secure payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, third-party online payments, etc. All payment processes use encryption technology to ensure the security of your payment.
  • How long will it take for the payment to be confirmed? After completing the online payment, it will usually be confirmed and the order status will be updated within 1-2 hours; if the payment is not confirmed for a long time, please contact customer service and provide the payment voucher, and we will verify it for you in a timely manner.
  • How long will it take for the refund to arrive after canceling the order? After the order is canceled and approved, we will initiate the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund arrival time depends on your payment method, usually 7-14 business days (credit cards may take longer).

  • How to confirm that the product is genuine? All our products are sourced directly from regular Chinese manufacturers and suppliers, and undergo strict quality inspection. Every product on the platform is genuine, so you can buy with confidence. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of the product, you can contact customer service to provide relevant vouchers, and we will assist in verification.
  • Can products be returned or exchanged? Products that meet our Return Policy can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days after receiving the package.   • What should I do if the received product has quality problems? If the product you received has quality problems, is damaged, or does not match the description, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package, provide clear product photos/videos and order information, and we will arrange a free return, exchange, or full refund for you after verification.

  • How to register and log in to an account?
