  • The product must be in brand-new, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact. Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or modified (including removal of tags or packaging) will not be eligible for return.
  • Defective products, products with manufacturing errors, or products that are not as described on our website are eligible for return, exchange, or full refund, even if the 30-day window has passed (please contact our customer service immediately upon discovery of such issues).
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: customized products, personal care items, perishable goods, and clearance/sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page).

2. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate and complete a return:

Please include your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product (if it is defective or not as described).
  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA): Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us, including the return address in China.
  3. Package & Ship the Return: Package the product securely (preferably using the original packaging) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is delivered safely; fanschinabuy.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  4. Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the product to verify its condition and compliance with our return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days.
  5. Process Refund/Exchange: After the inspection is completed and the return is approved:
    1. For refunds: We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product, excluding the original shipping cost (unless the return is due to our error). Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card companies may take 7-14 business days to reflect the refund in your account).
    2. For exchanges: We will ship the replacement product to you free of charge (for eligible exchanges) within 3-5 business days after approving the return. If the replacement product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Due to Customer Reasons: If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the product does not meet your personal expectations (and the product is in eligible condition), you will bear all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

  • International Return Note: Returning products from outside China may incur additional customs fees or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by fanschinabuy.com. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend initiating returns promptly and providing accurate customs declarations (marking the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid additional charges).

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing clear photos/videos of the damaged package and products, as well as the shipping label. We will investigate the issue with the courier and offer a refund, exchange, or reshipment at our discretion.
  • If your return package is lost during shipping, please provide the tracking number to our customer service. We will assist you in tracking the package, but fanschinabuy.com is not responsible for lost return packages unless you used a trackable shipping service as recommended.

5. Special Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria, including products that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging/accessories. In such cases, the product will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to you.
